Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all sustainable tags are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
